    He has focused his professional experience on advising and representing domestic and foreign clients in contentious civil, commercial, administrative, and constitutional proceedings before local and federal courts.

    He has a proven track record of handling complex legal trials related to contract compliance, bank loan defaults, shareholder disputes, real estate, and non-pecuniary damage trials. His experience also includes handling amparo trials, obtaining and enforcing injunctive measures and managing arbitration procedures. In addition, he has successfully represented major credit institutions and construction companies before the Mexican Supreme Court of Justice on matters related to the constitutionality of laws.
