Sofía has represented national and international clients in complex litigation and arbitration, participating in significant commercial arbitrations under leading institutions such as the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR), as well as in ad hoc cases.
Her practice has primarily focused on litigation related to shareholder disputes, civil and commercial procedures, as well as contractual and regulatory conflicts in the energy sector. The representation of her clients is executed in a preventive manner, from the contractual and corporate part to the initiation and termination of contentious proceedings.
