Gabriela Zambrano is an associate at Von Wobeser y Sierra. She specializes in labor law and has nearly ten years of experience in litigation, conciliation proceedings, and collective labor relations.
Prior to joining private practice, she built a distinguished career in the Federal Judiciary. During more than ten years at the Supreme Court of Justice of Mexico, she participated in the development of legal criteria in labor and social security matters. She subsequently served as a federal district judge specialized in labor law, where she handled collective bargaining negotiations in industries such as automotive, chemical, and mining, as well as union title disputes and proceedings related to the nullification of collective bargaining agreements.
