Today the Energy Regulatory Commission ("CRE") published in the evening edition of the Federal Official Gazette the "Agreement number A/014/2020 that modifies the agreement number A/010/2020 providing the suspension of deadlines and legal terms in the Energy Regulatory Commission” ("Agreement").
The Agreement provides for the suspension of legal terms for acts and proceedings filed before CRE to be extended until April 30, 2020.
During the referred period, the acts, notices, requests and promotions filed before the CRE, will be considered as if they were filed until May 4, 2020.
Finally, the agreement sets forth that during the referred period, days and hours may be enabled in order to attend matters whose urgency and relevance requires so.
