Juan Arturo Ramos

He has represented domestic and international companies in complex litigation before federal courts and the Supreme Court of Justice of Mexico, with particular focus on the energy sector.

Prior to joining private practice, he built a career within the Federal Judiciary, where he held every position in the judicial career track up to serving as a District Court Judge specialized in Economic Competition. During that period, he participated in the resolution of amparo proceedings involving monopolistic practices, concentrations, competition conditions, and enforcement measures, contributing to the development of significant precedents in the field.
