Update: Fifth extension of the suspension of terms and deadlines of the National Energy Control Center

The Agreement extending, for the fifth time, the suspension of deadlines and terms in relation to the acts and proceedings conducted before the National Energy Control Center (“CENACE”) (the “Agreement”) was published today in the Official Gazette of the Federation.

The Agreement amends and extends the period of suspension of deadlines and terms in the acts and proceedings conducted by CENACE indefinitely, from July 1 until the health authority determines that there is no epidemiological risk related to the gradual, cautious and orderly reopening of the activities related to the Federal Public Administration. Finally, the Agreement establishes that, except for the extension referred to above, the “Agreement declaring the suspension of deadlines and terms in the acts and proceedings conducted before the Administrative Units of the National Energy Control Center, from Thursday, March 26 to Sunday, April 19, 2020,” remains in full force and effect.
