Extension of the suspension of activities and terms of the Federal Court of Administrative Justice

On June 3, 2020, Agreement SS/13/2020 issued by the Plenary of the Superior Chamber of the Federal Court of Administrative Justice (TFJA) was published in the Federal Official Gazette (DOF), by means of which the suspension of terms and activities was extended, whereby said Court will remain closed and the counting of terms will remain suspended until June 15, 2020.

The foregoing with the exception of proceedings processed before the Chamber Specialized in Online Proceedings, through the Online Justice System; in this case the terms began to run as of June 1, 2020. Finally, it was agreed to enable days and hours for the notification, through the jurisdictional bulletin, or else, in person before the TFJA, of the judgments issued during the suspension period. Said notifications will take effect on the first business day on which the TFJA resumes its activities.
