It is important to note, in order to avoid confusion, that the scope of the Decree is specific, as it is limited solely to extending an invitation in favor of flexible work arrangements. Under no circumstances should it be interpreted as the declaration of a holiday or non-working day, nor as an imposition by the Federal Government.
