Suspension of terms and deadlines of the Energy Regulatory Commission

On January 18, 2021, the Energy Regulatory Commission (“CRE”) published in the Federal Official Gazette (“DOF”) “Agreement number A/001/2021 establishing the suspension of legal terms and deadlines at the Energy Regulatory Commission, as a measure to prevent and combat the spread of the coronavirus covid-19.” (the “Agreement”).

The Agreement establishes the suspension of the terms and deadlines of the acts and proceedings conducted by the CRE from its publication, and until the health authority determines that there is no epidemiological risk related to the reopening of the activities of the Federal Public Administration.
