Mexico City, January 2021.- At Von Wobeser y Sierra, S.C. we are pleased to announce that we have strengthened the firm with the appointment of two partners and five counsel in complementary areas of specialization, in support of our multidisciplinary approach to providing the best service to our clients.
Our firm was founded in 1986, with the principles of excellence and integrity as cornerstones. As a full-service law firm, Von Wobeser y Sierra covers sixteen practice areas and six industry groups. These appointments strengthen our team, which today comprises seventeen partners, four of counsel, five counsel and more than eighty associate attorneys. We are proud of our diverse team, made up of top-tier talent. Our new partners are Raymundo Soberanis and Alejandro Orellana. Raymundo Soberanis is an expert in litigation, arbitration and anti-corruption and has more than fifteen years of experience. Alejandro Orellana, who also has more than fifteen years of experience, focuses his practice on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate. The five new counsel are: • Gloria Martínez, whose practice focuses on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, fintech and data privacy. • Pablo Fautsch, who represents clients in litigation, arbitration and anti-corruption matters, as well as insolvency proceedings and restructurings. • Gerardo Rodríguez, who is an expert in antitrust. • Ariel Garfio, who advises clients on energy, environmental and project development matters. • Jessika Rocha, who focuses her practice on arbitration, litigation, insolvency proceedings and restructuring.
