The firm reinforces its team with the appointment of three partners and five counsel who have experience in complementary areas, which is aligned with its full-service approach to adequately address the current and future needs of its clients. The new partners are Jessika Rocha, Pablo Fautsch, and Ariel Garfio. Jessika Rocha is an expert in litigation, arbitration, and insolvency proceedings, and has more than eighteen years of experience. Pablo Fautsch has more than fifteen years of experience in litigation, arbitration, and anti-corruption and compliance. Ariel Garfio also has more than fifteen years of experience and focuses his practice on energy and natural resources, real estate, and environmental matters, and is part of the firm's ESG (Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance) practice group.
