Alejandro is an associate at Von Wobeser y Sierra. He has more than 10 years of experience in dispute resolution, compliance and anti-corruption.
Alejandro has experience in civil, commercial, bankruptcy, class action, administrative, and constitutional litigation, as well as in arbitration (both national and international, commercial and investment). He has played a key role in these procedures, from strategy formulation to the execution of judgments, including the corresponding oral hearings. Additionally, characterized by his business acumen, he has successfully coordinated and concluded negotiations for several of our clients, settling highly complex issues.
Alejandro has also advised and represented clients in all stages of administrative investigative and sanctioning proceedings in areas such as consumer protection, securities, monopolistic practices, environmental, tax, administrative offenses, data protection and transparency, and telecommunications and broadcasting.
On the other hand, Alejandro has participated in over eighteen national insolvency proceedings, primarily advising and representing insolvent companies. In these procedures, Alejandro has collaborated to achieve the rehabilitation of companies or to orderly sell their assets for payment to their creditors, as well as to successfully defend the interests of creditors and other stakeholders.
Finally, Alejandro is a part of the Anti-corruption & Compliance practice, where he has advised various national and multinational companies in the development of their internal compliance and anti-corruption programs and policies, as well as in conducting internal investigations.
