Our VWyS Legal Interns Program has been an important cornerstone of our Talent Development Plan. Sixty-five percent of our partners began their careers as legal interns, which is evidence of our program’s success.
Summer Legal Intern Program
In VWyS we trust in the talent and potential of law students in Mexico, so we invite students of the most prestigious universities in the country to experience real engagement in our work dynamic. Through these internships students will have the opportunity to put the knowledge they are gaining into practice, develop skills and acquire work experience in two areas of the firm.

The VWyS Summer Internships are an interactive experience in which the interns will engage in activities according to their academic status, supervised and guided by our associates and partners.
Summer interns will have the opportunity to learn the work dynamic of a firm committed to the promotion of policies that recognize and encourage diversity and inclusion, under the imperative that development is not possible without equal opportunity.
They will be accompanied by a mentor , who will guide them in developing skills and values needed in the legal profession.
In addition, the summer interns with the best performance, attitude and values may have the opportunity to join our permanent intern structure.
