Alfonso is an associate of Von Wobeser y Sierra. He has experience in the areas of tax and social security consulting and litigation, and advises on tax implications at the local, national and international levels for diverse clients.
Alfonso is a specialist in the defense of the firm’s clients in disputes with municipal, state and federal tax authorities, in due compliance with obligations, and in analyzing the tax implications (at the local, federal and international levels) of our client’s transactions, as well as in implementing efficient tax structures. He has advised on the application of international treaties and on the analysis of tax risks arising from transactions, including acquisitions, mergers, spin-offs and other corporate reorganizations.
