    He specializes in public international law, international commercial law, and the resolution of complex transnational commercial disputes, including matters related to energy, real estate, construction, and public procurement. He has experience in civil and commercial litigation, and, particularly, in handling national and international arbitrations before major arbitral institutions. Prior to joining the firm, Raúl was an in-house lawyer at the Federal Electricity Commission (CFE), where he represented the company in arbitrations before the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) in disputes related to energy, infrastructure projects, and energy transportation.
