Pamela is an associate at Von Wobeser y Sierra. With more than 15 years of experience, she is part of the Labor, Executive Compensation & Benefits practice.
She advises and represents companies on compliance with employer obligations in collective matters, with a particular focus on the automotive, services, and manufacturing sectors. She has experience drafting internal policies, workplace regulations, guides, and manuals, as well as advising on compliance with labor regulations and the provisions of the USMCA. Additionally, she represents clients in collective labor disputes and strikes and advises on inspections conducted by the Mexican Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare (STPS) regarding general working conditions, specialized services, and profit-sharing payments.
She has conducted training sessions on union democracy procedures, labor equality and non-discrimination certifications, as well as on the prevention and handling of workplace harassment and bullying. She is also the author of various publications on new union democracy procedures.
