Today, the “Ruling modifying the ruling that declares the suspension of the time periods in proceedings carried out before the National Hydrocarbons Commission (“CNH”)” (the “Ruling”), was published in the Official Federal Gazette (“DOF”).
The Ruling modifies and extends the period of suspension of the acts and proceedings carried out by the CNH indefinitely, and until the health authorities declare that there is no epidemiological risk related to the gradual, cautious and orderly opening of the activities related to the Federal Public Administration.
Finally, the Ruling states that, except for the extension mentioned above, the “Ruling that declares the suspension of time periods in the acts and proceedings carried out before the National Hydrocarbons Commission from Monday March 23, 2020, to Sunday April, 19, 2020” which was published in the DOF on March 20, 2020 remains in full force and effect.
