On July 16, 2020 and, subsequently, on July 24, 2020, the official communications SS/17/2020 and SS/19/2020, respectively, issued by the Plenary of the Superior Chamber of the Mexican Court of Administrative Justice (TFJA), were published in the Official Federal Gazette (DOF), in which the suspension of activities and terms was extended due to the health contingency caused by COVID-19.
The first official communication indicated that such Court would remain closed and the terms suspended until July 24, 2020. The second official communication extended the suspension until July 31, 2020.
