On July 24, 2020, the “Ruling concluding the suspension of the time periods in the proceedings carried out before the National Hydrocarbons Commission (“CNH”)” (the “Ruling”), was published in the Official Federal Gazette (“DOF”).
The Ruling provides that as of July 24, 2020, the suspension of the time periods of the acts and proceedings carried out by the CNH is concluded, and the calculation of such time periods will be restarted from July 27, 2020.
Additionally, the Ruling terminates the “Ruling that declares the suspension of time periods in the acts and proceedings carried out before the National Hydrocarbons Commission from Monday March 23, 2020, to Sunday April, 19, 2020” which was published in the DOF on March 20, 2020, as well as its modifications published on April 17, May 6, and June 4, 2020.
