This resolution announces the creation of the Work Accidents Notice System (abbreviated "SIAAT" in spanish).

On December 14th of this year, the Resolution creating the Work Accidents Notice System (Sistema de Avisos de Accidentes de Trabajo) (SIAAT) was published and the forms for reporting worker accidents and deaths to the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare were released in the Official Federal Gazette.
The purpose of this Resolution is to provide employers the technological tools that will allow them to comply more readily with their obligations to present notices of work accidents suffered by their workers and the death that occur from occupational accidents and illnesses, thereby being in full compliance with the obligations contained in the Federal Labor Law and in the Federal Regulation of Workplace Safety and Health.
