  • Mario is an associate at Von Wobeser y Sierra with over seven years of experience in dispute resolution.


    His practice focuses on advising national and international clients in the prevention and resolution of complex disputes. Mario has experience in civil, commercial, administrative, and constitutional litigation before local and federal courts. In the area of anti-corruption and compliance, he has led highly complex internal investigations, implemented due diligence processes, designed anti-bribery management systems, and developed preventive measures for companies. His comprehensive approach has been key to success in these cases. Mario also has experience in arbitration, participating in international arbitration proceedings, which enables him to handle disputes efficiently.

    Before joining the firm, Mario worked at the Federal Judiciary, specializing in the study and drafting of amparo rulings. This experience has given him valuable insight into the Mexican legal system.

    Additionally, Mario complements his professional practice by teaching law at Universidad Panamericana, blending his professional experience with academic work.
