Von Wobeser y Sierra S.C. has helped global pharmaceutical company Merck sign a power-purchase agreement (PPA) in Mexico with Spanish power generation company Iberdrola.
Through the PPA, Iberdrola will supply all of Merck’s pharmaceutical facilities and offices in Mexico with renewable power for three years. The deal is expected to save Merck over US $1 million during the length of the PPA, while also reduce its greenhouse gas emissions.
