Ariel has advised domestic and international companies in a wide range of legal matters related to the development, construction, operation and maintenance of thermal and renewable energy, oil, gas, mining, water and infrastructure projects and real estate in general. This includes the negotiation of a wide variety of contracts and guidance in project financing.
