Alejandro is an associate of Von Wobeser y Sierra with more than four years of experience in the Labor, Executive Compensation & Benefits practice, and he is part of the Automotive & Manufacturing industry group.
He advises transnational companies in labor audits related to the initiation of operations and corporate restructuring in Mexico; in the drafting of employment agreements, internal work policies and confidentiality and non-compete agreements; and in the definition of incentives and compensation plans. This is to guarantee that companies can comply with their labor obligations under the Federal Labor Law and the rules of the USMCA. Alejandro has ample experience in hiring and dismissal of high-level executives and employees. He also represents clients in labor lawsuits before the Conciliation and Arbitration Boards and provides advice during inspections by the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare.
