Adrián is counsel at Von Wobeser y Sierra. He has more than twenty years of experience in the Labor and Executive Compensation & Benefits practices.
He has an outstanding track record in the resolution of labor matters throughout Mexico, as well as in the comprehensive advisory in the areas of labor relations and human resources. Adrián has focused his practice on the attention and resolution of the most complex collective disputes in the country in industries such as automotive, financial services and mining, among others. He has been directly involved in multiple processes of certification (legitimación) of collective bargaining agreements, ownership claims between unions, strikes and mass terminations of employment relations. Adrián has held executive positions in multinational companies and, before joining Von Wobeser, was a partner of a firm specialized in labor law.
He studied most of his law school program at the Escuela Libre de Derecho, having graduated with honors from the Universidad Pontificia de México, and completed the first generation of the Master's Degree in Labor Law at the Escuela Libre de Derecho.
He has been recognized by The Legal 500 and Benchmark Litigation, among other publications.
