Sarah is an associate at Von Wobeser y Sierra with more than ten years of experience. Her work is focused on comprehensive advice to national and international companies on labor matters.
In particular, she is an expert on contingency prevention, soft landing operations in Mexico, global mobility, telework, psycho-social risks, discrimination, drafting of services contracts, development and implementation of internal policies and programs, including the adaptation of global policies to the requirements of the Mexican legal system. She has been involved in numerous labor restructurings, implementing incentive and retention programs for companies (retention bonuses, stock options, RSUs, etc.), transfer of employees, labor due diligence, and she has supported many transactions regarding their labor law component. Sarah has participated in several reorganizations to comply with Mexican legislation, particularly in the area of subcontracting, assisting companies in various industries (construction, hospitality, energy, commerce, etc.).
